Registered traffic management company using a Traffic Management Plan (TMP) and Traffic Guidance Scheme/s (TGS).

A Traffic Management Designer (TMD) will need to prepare a Traffic Management Plan (TMP) and Traffic Guidance Scheme/s (TGS).6

If Event Traffic Marshalls (ETMs) are identified on the TGS, the event organiser is to engage ETMs in accordance with TMR's Event Traffic Marshal Approved Procedure.
