3Reference documents#
The requirements of the reference documents listed in Table 3 below apply to this Technical Specification. Where there are inconsistencies between this Technical Specification and reference documents, the order of precedence will be:
- this Technical Specification
- Australian Standards
- International Standards.

3.1Acts and Regulations#
All works undertaken and equipment supplied shall be in accordance with the following legislations:

- Environmental Protection Act, and Regulations
- Queensland Electrical Safety Act 2002 and Regulations
- Fuel Quality Standards Act 2000.
