The attention statement ‘ALL TRAFFIC’ should only be used where drivers may reasonably expect the message to apply only to a particular group of motorists. The flashing attention statement CHILD ABDUCTION ALERT TUNE TO LOCAL RADIO can only be used when QPS issue an amber alert direct to TMCs.
