Competent persons (Clause 1.3.2 of Queensland MUTCD Part 3) in Queensland must undertake prescribed training developed by Transport and Main Roads and delivered by RTOs licenced by the department to deliver this training. Information on the prescribed training courses is provided in Clause 1.7 of Queensland MUTCD Part 3.
