The terms defined in MRTS201 General Equipment Requirements apply to this Technical Specification. Additional terminology relevant to this Technical Specification is defined in Table 2 1 below.

| TC Signs | The TC signs are a collection of non-standard traffic control (TC) signs that have been "officially approved" (as required by the Transport Operations (Road Use Management Act 1995)).
