123ICertificate is evidence of another matter—stop watches, other watches and speedometers#

1. (1)This section applies to a certificate—
2. (a)purporting to be signed by the chief executive or the commissioner; and
3. (b)stating that a specified stop watch, other watch or speedometer has been tested and found to produce accurate results at the time of testing.

1. (2)For a proceeding for an offence against a transport Act, the certificate is evidence the stop watch, other watch or speedometer was producing accurate results when tested and for 6 months after the day of testing.
