(1D)Liability under subsection (1) if convicted within 5 years under other subsections#

If within the period of 5 years before conviction for an offence under subsection (1) the offender has been previously convicted of an offence under subsection (1F), (2), (2AA), (2A), (2B), (2D), (2J), (2K) or (2L), the offender is liable for the first mentioned offence to a maximum penalty of 42 penalty units or 1 year’s imprisonment.
