243Photographic detection devices#

  1. (1)Chapter 5, part 7, division 2 applies to a video made by a photographic detection device only in relation to an offence committed after the commencement.
  2. (2)Sections 120D, 120E and 120F apply only in relation to an offence committed after the commencement.
