(21)Definition for subsection (22)#

In subsection (22)—

relevant provision

means—

1. (a)subsection (8) to the extent it applies to a person mentioned in subsection (8)(a), (b) or (c) who may be required to provide a specimen of the person’s breath, saliva or blood for analysis or a test in relation to circumstances involving a motor vehicle, tram, train or vessel; or
2. (b)subsection (8C) to the extent it applies to a person who may be required to provide a specimen of breath for a breath test under subsection (2)(a), (b), (c) or (d) or (2A)(a), (b) or (c).
