(15A)Subsection (15) certificate evidence#

A copy of a certificate under subsection (15)—

1. (a)is evidence that the instrument operated by the doctor or officer was a breath analysing instrument; and
2. (b)is evidence that the instrument was in proper working order and properly operated by the doctor or officer; and
3. (c)is evidence that all regulations relating to breath analysing instruments were complied with; and
4. (d)is presumed to have been given to the person whose breath was analysed, unless the contrary is proved.
