77AARestricted oral release of particular information#

1. (1)The chief executive may orally release, to a person, information kept under this Act about the person’s prescribed authority or traffic history.
2. (2)However, subsection (1) applies only if the chief executive is satisfied that the person is the person to whom the information relates.
