229Existing applications for particular information, replacement licence or interlock exemption#

  1. (1)This section applies if, immediately before the commencement, an application under section 77(1)(a) or (2)(b), 77A(1)(a)(ii), 79F or 91P of the pre-amended Act had been made but not decided.
  2. (2)For deciding the application, the pre-amended Act continues to apply as if the Transport and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2017 had not been enacted.
  3. (3)In this section—
pre-amended Act
pre-amended Act means this Act as in force immediately before the commencement.
